Abstract		High urgency first transplantation is a promising way of treating patients with sudden terminal heart, lung or liver failure. A very quick and effective co-ordination within the national transplant network and co-operation between the international transplant network - Eurotransplant, which is managed by the central transplant coordinator, is necessary for its realisation. The following contribution describes the course from the very beginning, when the diagnose of a sudden terminal heart, lung or liver failure is established, to the final part of transplantation. In the last part of the contribution there is a case report of the first urgent liver transplantation in Slovenia.
