Abstract		50-years old patient had the pain in the upper abdominal part for the first time. In two days jaundice appeared. Dilatated choledochus was found with ultrasound. Conservative medication was performed. After 8 visits at different doctors and with persisting pain he was on his wish hospitalized with the signts of acute biliary pancreatitis. Endoscopic cholangiopancreatography with papillotomy was imediately performed.
