Abstract		Although the eclampsia in prehospital setting is rare, it must be managed appropriate if we have such a patient. Another problem is epilepsy in pregnancy (gestational, idiopathic, symptomatic). Differential is very important because of therapeutic aspect. In our article we try to describe this problem.
