Abstract		Three medical technicians from The Maribor Rescue service have gone to Medical Center in Houston, Texas for a one month educational observation. Houston Medical Center is one of the biggest, best organized and best equiped hospitals in the world . We had the opurtunity to observe how a Medical Center with 50.000 employees works and the pleasure to educate ourselves in their E.R. service.
