Abstract     The mechanical model of human body is introduced. Model consists of rigid segments connected with joints. Articulated rigid-multibody model is intended as a tool to investigate injury mechanism during the car crush event. We discuss the densitivity analysis of proposed mechanical model of human body. The direct approach of sensitivity analysis is introduced, enable to calculate sensitivity coefficiients in a straightforward way. The approach is semi-analytical, and based on the symbolic derivatives of the differential equations of the motion. The results are presented, which shows the intrinsic effect of human body geometrical and other parameters on the human body parts acceleration. It is shown that sensitivity analysis brings deeper insight into human body injury criteria.
