Results are assessed according to modified Lyshoim scale. Period of observation was in average 6,3 years (4.3 - 8,1). Parameters of body weight, age, degree of OA and femuro-tibial angles measured pre- and post-operatively correlated. Statistics showed no correlation between body weight, age of the patient and the degree of femuro-tibial angle correlation. Stage of OA at the procedure and final result were weakly correlated (p=0,042, r=-0,312). The overall result of the HTO is significantly better in the first three years after the procedure.
