Abstract		The report discuses the anticipated environmental impacts due to constructioning and operationing of the waste water treatment plant in Gornja Radgona. It contains studies of impacts on water, noise, air, flora and fauna, visual environment, living standard and development possibilities as well as transboundary impacts. The report contains prediction, description and evaluation of the impacts. It suggests environmental protection measures. The report is designed according to the Environmental Protection Law (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia 32 / 1993), as well as it follows the Methodology for Environmental Impact Assessment Report Design (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia 70 / 1996).
