Abstract		The report discuses the anticipated environmental impacts due to reconstructioning of the drinking water treatment plant Ilirska Bistrica and due to the operationing of the drinking water treatment plant Ilirska Bistrica. Impacts on hydrologic conditions, water environment and water organisms, natural heritage, noise, and cultural heritage are evaluated. The report contains prediction, description and evaluation of the impacts during reconstructioning and during qperating of the drinking water treatment plant Ilirska Bistrica. It suggests mitigation and nature protection measures. The report is designed according to the Environmental Protection Law. In addition, it follows the methodology for environmental impact assessment report design.
