Abstract		The report discuses the anticipated environmental impacts due to constructioning of the rrgation system Kalce Naklo and due to the operationing of the irrigation system Kalce Naklo. Impacts on hydrology, aquatic environment, aquatic organisms, groundwater quality, soils, natural values, noise, visual environment, cultural heritage and crop growth are evaluated. The report contains predic'on, description and evaluation of the impacts during constructioning and during operating of the irrigation system Kalce Naklo. It suggests mitigation and nature protection measures. The report is designed according to the Environmental Protection Law. In addition, it follows the methodology for environmental impact assessment report design.
