Abstract     The pollen measurement has been performed on three locations in Slovenia: in the central part of the state in Ljubljana; in Hraše and at the North Mediterranean coast in Koper. In June we registered 34 pollen types in the air, allergologicaly were important the following ones: Grass (Poaceae), Sweet Chestnut (Castanea sativa), Nettle family (Urticaceae), Elder (Sambucus), Lime tree (Tilia), Plantain (Plantago) and Privet (Ligustrum). Olive(Olea) and Pelitory (Parietaria) pollen were airborne only in Mediterranean area. The Green Alder (Alnus viridis) and Mountain Pine (Pines mugo) have continued to bloom in mountains. We registered those pollen on all three measurement locations. The main pollen types are presented as a diagram in this paper. The pollen season of most tree species faded out at the end of May. In June appeared the last pollen grains of Hornbeam (Carpinus), Beech (Fagus), Conifer; Oak and Cypress family in the air. Since there were troubles with the pollen sampler, the measurements were not performed from 1st to 15th June in Ljubljana and the first two days of June in Hraše.
