Abstract		Community nursing is a specific form of nursing care and the only discipline whose main task is to identify health conditions in the local community. Its tasks also include timely referral of patients for health care. Data are acquired for all community health services, including: - community nursing, i. e. health and social services provided to the individual, family and community; - domiciliary care of the mother and child; - nursing care in the patient's home. In the year 2000, a new form was designed and used for data acquisition. The data were supplied by all the reporting units. Corrections provided by some regions, as well as data on private nursing services in some regions were considered in the report. According to the 2000 statistics, the ratio between preventive and curative nursing services was 23.4 to 76.6. The extent of preventive services that had decreased in the previous years, showed a further decline of 4.3% in 2000. Proportionately, there was an increase in the extent of curative services provided. The disproportion between the number of preventive and curative services is due to the use of changed financial instructions concerning ante-natal and post-natal domiciliary visits introduced by the national health insurance agency. Visits to new mothers were included in visits to families with a newborn child (8 visits made to a family with a newborn - 6 visits to a newborn and 2 visits to the mother), but were not recorded. Summary		Aktivnosti patronažne službe so posebna oblika dela zdravstvene nege. Je edina zdravstvena služba, katere osnoven namen je zaznavati zdravstvene razmere v lokalni skupnosti, v okolju, v katerem Ijudje živijo. Njena naloga je tudi pravočasno usmerjanje bolnikov v zdravstveni sistem. Spremljamo vse aktivnosti patronažnega varstva: - patronažno zdravstveno nego oz. zdravstveno-socialno obravnavo varovanca, družine in skupnosti; - patronažno zdravstveno nego otročnice in novorojenčka; - patronažno zdravstveno nego bolnika na domu. Podatke zbiramo s pomočjo prenovljenega statističnega obrazca, ki je bil dokončno usklajen v letu 2000. Podatke o opravljenem delu so poslale vsž poročevalske enote, upoštevani so tudi že popravki, ki so jih poslale nekatere regije. V poročilo so vključene tudi zasebnice, ki delujejo na tem področju po posameznih regijah. Po statističnih podatkih, ki so zbrani za leto 2000, je razmerje med preventivno in kurativno zdravstveno nego 23,4 proti 76,6. (Izvleček skrajšan pri 2000 znakih)
