Abstract		The article presents some statistical evaluation of stability data in order to determine the shelf-life of pharmaceutical products and substances. The long-term stability data of three different production batches of the same product are evaluated by linear regression analysis. The method for the comparison of slopes and intercepts of linear regression models is given and described. The shelf-life is determined on the basis of confidence interval of selected linear model.
Summary		V prispevku je prikazana statistična obdelava stabilnostnih podatkov za določitev roka uporabnosti farmacevtskim oblikam ali učinkovinam pri izbranem pogoju shranjevanja. Podatke tekoče stabilnosti treh različnih vzorcev (proizvodnih serij) smo obdelali s pomočjo linearne regresije. Primerjali smo naklone in odseke premic ter izbrali premico, ki najbolje opisuje časovni potek vrednosti stabilnostnega parametra. Na osnovi intervala zaupanja izbrane regresijske premice smo določili rok uporabnosti.
