Abstract     The paper presents the results of immediate planned replantation in a group of 13 patients treated for the following conditions: apical periodontitis (7 teeth); pararadicular periodontitis (1 tooth); periapical periodontitis and cervical root resorption (1 tooth); cervical root fracture (3 teeth); internal granuloma (1 tooth). The reasons for the procedure were: surgical extrusion (4 teeth); retrograde root filling (5 teeth); apicoectomy (3 teeth); surgical extrusion and retrograde root filling (1 tooth). One tooth was lost 3.5 years, and another one 10 years after the procedure. The remaining 11 teeth were followed for an average period of 3.4 years. When last seen, none showed clinical or radiographic evidence of pathological deviation.
