Abstract		Rotator cuff tendon tear is a common cause for shoulder pain and restricted range of motion. Diagnostic procedure includes clinical and imaging (X-ray and ultrasound) evaluation. Final conformation of rotator cuff tears is achieved with artroscopy. Only operative is achieved with artroscopy. Only operative reconstruction of rotator cuff can fully restore function of the affected joint. In the article basis diagnostic procedures and outhorsž recomended methods of treatment based on their experiences are presented.
