Abstract		The authors describe surgical anatomy of the neck in a view of a surgeon. A surgeon has to identify characteristic organs in the neck in thyroid, parathyroid and larynx operations, in tracheotomy and in neck oesophagus, hypopharynx and neck spine presentation. Neck lymph nodes are described also.
