Abstract		Background: In General Hospital in Slovenj Gradec we use the technick of laparoscopic removing of the cholecyst (LC); since the year 1991. The results of these ten years are good, and also the number of complications are comparable with the results from the literature. We analysed the complications in the period of last three years, and found some unusually developments after the LC. Methods: We analysed retrospectively all the complications which were cured in the Center of Intensive Therapy (CIT) of General Hospital in Slovenj Gradec, from the 1. 1. 1998 till the 1. 1. 2001. Results: The complications and the number, of them were the same like in other hospitallis around the world. Among them we found some interesting and unusually development of the illness after LC. Summary: All our patient's were operatively cured with LC on the basis of anamnestic dates, cllinicaly investigations, ultrasond investigations (US), and in some cases with intenisticaly examinations, like in other countries. Our study confirm, that the better "connections" between the surgicaly and the internisticaly specialities; may prevent unusually developments "and complications after LCK and may save the patient's suffering.
