| Abstract | Radical abdominal hysterectomy with pelvic lymphadenectomy, is the treatment of choice in most cases of localized invasive cervical cancer. The surgical radicality has been reduced in microinvasive cervical cancer according to the "scoring" system of morphologic prognostic factors.
