Abstract		The article presents a patient with acute myocardial infarction without known contraindications, who was treated with thrombolytic therapy. After thrombolytic therapy, bteeding developed in free abdominal cavity. The complication was promptly recognised and treated. The extensive prostatic cancer was confirmed with additional tests. The patient survived and had no signs of cardiac failure, postinfarction angina or arrhythmia at the time of discharge.
