| Abstract | Nowadays, mcreasingly improved methods are used in early cancer defeciion, Tumour markers are parficularly useful in monitoring tumour growth, early detection of metastases, therapy monitoring and as additional tesfs in diagnosis confirmation. Tumour markers are chemicals whose presence and concentration changes are connected to the genasis and growth of malign tissue. They are produced by a tumour or its host and can be measured in bodily fluids and tissues. | |
