Abstract		The association Abio albae-Carpinetum betuli in the western part of the predinaric phytogeographical area is described. It is divided into two geographical variants: Abio-Carpinetum var. geogr. Epimedium alpinum with the subassociations -stellarietosum montanae, -typicum, -stellarietosum holosteae and Abio-Carpinetum var. geogr. typica.
Summary		V razpravi je opisana asociacija Abio albae-Carpinetum betuli z dvema geografskima variantama: Abio albae-Carpinetum var. geogr. Epimedium alpinum s subasociacijami: -stellarietosum montanae, -typicum in -stellarietosum holosteae ter Abio albae-Carpinetum var. geogr. typica.
