Abstract		Various forms of contact dermatitis are among the most common skin diseases. An outline of the ethiopathogenesis of contact dermatitis is given. The clinical picture and the differential diagnosis of these skin disorders are discussed in detail. The author summarises the principles of their diagnosis, therapy and prevention.
Summary		Kontaktni dermatitisi, ki so najznačilnejši predstavniki ekcemov kože, sodijo med najpogostejše kožne bolezni. V prispevku je orisana etiopatogeneza kontaktnih dermatitisov. Podrobneje sta predstavljeni klinična slika in diferencialna diagnoza teh dermatoz. Podane so smernice za diagnostiko, zdravljenje in preventivo.
