Abstract		Investigations of the larynxes in thirty infants during the first year of life and 10 adults, of both sexes, were performed by the morphometric and antrophomerical measurements. Morphometric parameters of the larynx-length (anterolateral parameter), width (transverse parameter) and thickness (anteroposterior parameter), were determined. These parameters determine the size and shape of the larynx. The anterolateral, transverse and anteroposterior parameters of the larynx are statistically significantly correlated with the body length, head and chest circumference in infants. Anatomical morphometric analysis is very important for the determination of the diameters of endotracheal tubes in paediatrics.
Summary		Opravljene so bile morfometrične in antropometrične meritve grla pri 30 dojenčkih in 10 odraslih obeh spolov. Izmerjene so bile dimenzije, ki določajo velikost in obliko grla. Anterolateralni, transverzalni in anteroposteriorni parametri velikosti grla so statično značilno v korelaciji z telesno dolžino, obsegom glave in obsegom prsnega koša. Meritve so pomembne za določitev ustrezne velikosti endotrahealnega tubusa pri otrocih.
