Abstract		The article presents the methodology of the measurement on the quality of the work in nursing care that is used in an international project "Quality and quantity in nursing care" in the Health Center Maribor. It describes the instruments that are adapated for the Slovene situation. The framwork present the theory of D. Orem and V. Henderson, Ethical Code for nurses and health technicians of Slovenia, provisions on patients rights and ISO standards. The four concepts are used as a basis for the instrument: nursing process and coordination of care, communication and support of the patient, nursing intervention and the route of the patient.
Summary		V članku je prikazana metodologija merjenja kakovosti dela v zdravstveni negi, ki je uporabljena v mednarodnem projektu "Količina in kakovost v zdravstveni negi" v Zdravstvenem domu dr. Adolfa Drolca Maribor. Opisano je orodje, ki je prilagojeno slovenskim razmeram. Okvir predstavljajo teoriji D. Orem in V. Henderson, Kodeks etike medicmskih sester in zdravstvenih tehnikov Slovenije, določbe iz pravic pacientov in ISO standardi. Ogrodje vprašalnika predstavljajo štirje koncepti: negovalni proces in koordinacija zdravstvene nege, komunikacija in podpora pacientu, negovalne intervencije ter pot pacienta.
