Abstract		In two case reports, we would like to introduce the assessment and therapy in traumatic and nontraumatic tension pneumothorax in prehospital conditions. First case is young man who tried to commite suicide with jump from high building. He has badly injured his head and thorax which caused of obstrucitve shock and tension pnemothorax. In second case we would like to present the outfield thoracocenthesis with decompression of tension pneumothorax with large subcutaneus emphysema and progredient respiration failure resulting as a post resuscitation condition at department for pulmonary disease of Maribor General Hospital.
