Abstract		Our case is about young women with strong acute abdominal pain, with signs of hemorrhagic shock and amennorrhea wich persisted for one month. In the article we want to present algoritem for acute abdominal pain and treatment of hemorrhagic shock. Special emphasize is applied to the apperance of bradycadia with bleeding into abdominal cavity.
