Abstract		The article deals with formal arrangement of approach of low enforcement agency on one side and emergency medical unit on the other side, to handle with event in which the individual is injured. It had shown out, that this field of work is for both services well regulated. The problems, that appears at work, are more result of ignorance than formal disorder on that field of work.
