Abstract		Connecting of systems is more and more put into practise to established and manage separate areas into organisation with which organisation is managing their processes better. Managing the systems by standards is a necessary condition on demanding, competitive market, but is not sufficient enough. Organisations implement individual standards for managing the quality, handling with environment and occupational health and safety system separate or by partial links indicated by standards. For successful managing the quality in organisation (quality, environment and occupational health and safety) separate system should be linked with entire. organisation and shouldn't make connections only in top documents. In this case common elements for leading individ- . ual systems should be analysed. Top management awareness of importance to manage the quality should be their basic task and should result in to homogeneous system, which must include all their areas.
