Abstract		The conditions regarding the entitlement to disability allowance for physical impairment and to assistance and attendance allowance with persons who are not in a position to perform their vital necessities due to their poor health condition, are regulated by the Act on Pension and Disability Insurance. By citing the statutory and other legal regulations as well as the corresponding explanations, the article gives a presentation of the legal basis in the establishing of supplementary rights within this insurance scheme, thus giving the reasons for the necessity of correct and well prepared medical documentation at the beginning of the procedure. Its purpose is to help customers' medical practitioners in preparing proposals for the assessment of physical impairment and the need for a constant outside attendance and assistance. It points out the prescribed forms which are completed by customers' medical practitioners at the beginning of the procedure. If they are properly completed once an insured person has been examined, they represent -besides enclosed specialists' reports - the basic source of data on the insured persons' health condition, on the basis of which the expert bodies of the Institute of Pension and Disability Insurance of Slovenia issue expert opinions. The annex contains the still relevant list of physical impairments from 1983, together with the amendments from 1989.
Summary		Pogoje za pravico do invalidnine za telesno okvaro in za pravico do dodatka za pomoč in postrežbo druge osebe pri Ijudeh, ki zaradi slabega zdravstvenega stanja ne morejo več samostojno opravljati osnovnih življenjskih opravil, določa zakon o pokojninskem in invalidskem zavarovanju. Z navajanjem in razlago zakonskih in drugih pravnih predpisov prikazuje prispevek pravno podlago pri ugotavljanju zavarovančevih dodatnih pravic iz tega zavarovanja in s tem utemeljuje nujnost pravilno in dobro pripraviti medicinsko dokumentacijo ob uvedbi postopka. Namenjen je osebnim zdravnikom kot pomoč pri pripravi predlogov za ocenjevanje telesne okvare in potrebe po pomoči in postrežbi. Opozori na predpisane obrazce, ki jih osebni zdravniki izpolnjujejo ob uvedbi postopka. Če so le-ti po osebnem pregledu zavarovanca ustrezno izpolnjeni, predstavljajo poleg priloženih specialističnih izvidov osnovni vir podatkov o zdravstvenem stanju zavarovanca, na podlagi katerih izvedenski organi Zavoda za pokojninsko in invalidsko zavarovanje Slovenije podajajo izvedenska mnenja. V dodatku pa je objavljen še vedno veljavni Seznam telesnih okvar iz leta 1983 z dopolnitvami iz leta 1989.
