Abstract		The issue of nursing documentation is still present in nursing care-it has not developed to a satisfactory level yet. I have conducted a study to establish the true state of this issue at our department. Based on the questionnaire answered by patients and nursing staff, I identified imperfections observed in my study. The author stressed uneven preparation of the patients before bronchoscopy and insufficient instruction of the patients about the examination. The purpose and goals of the study as well as practical suggestions for improvements will be presented.
Summary		Vprašanje dokumentacije, ki ni dovolj razvita, je v zdravstveni negi še vedno prisotno. Avtorica je z raziskavo na svojem delovnem mestu ugotavljala dejansko stanje tega problema. S pomočjo vprašalnika, na katerega so odgovorili bolniki in negovalno osebje, je v raziskavi ugotovila nekatere pomankljivosti. Poudarila je neenotno pripravo na bronhoskopijo ter nezadostno poučenost bolnika o preiskavi. Prikazala je namen in cilje raziskave kot tudi praktične predloge za izboljšanje stanja.
