Abstract		In this paper,we present telemetry and stapedius reflex, which are important intraoperative measurements. The function of cochlear implant is controled by telemetry measurement. Measuring should be perfomed before taking the implant out of sterile package. After the implant is fixed in cochlea, telemetry should be repeated and measuring of stapedius reflex should be started. The results of sucsessful measuring can confirm good function of electrode and also can be useful tool for guidance in fitting speech procesors in young children. We report our experiences with this measurments, the equipment we use and advantage of the results.
