Abstract     Planinig of integration of children with cochlear implants into the departments of after school activities should be spread wider into social enviroment, operativ tasks of education that would be agnovledged in global leading of a child throgh proces of organized education, thogh social life into personal and common creativness in forming and realising of individual and common interests, in developing and integration of personality of a child. Acces itself has to be pragmatic, open enough to change itself acording to practis and needs of profession. Planned integration would with this attitude establish a healthy source of receiving colture in sense * all different and all equal.* With it we would influance an qradual changing of established viewes of wider social enviroment and wies of teachers to integration itself. We would be deeply engaged in cooperation with parents and we would make firmar psihological stability of teachers and would be profesionaly prepaired to good and responsible pedagogical work towards children with cochlear implants in sense of developing there strong areas. With planned integration we would have bigger effect to learning abilities and reaching complete lesson programme. Hans as smmoler as is learning ability of child with hearing deffect, smoller are his chanhes in choiche of occupation and return to his natural eviroment. Of cource we have to search for news ways, to whome would be envirement most enclined With planning we establish stable attitude and stable learning enviroment for better feeling of a child and it doesn t come to unnecessary conflicts, within a class, at educational work it is noticed a huge prograss and what is most important we are developing richer and frendlier relations. Planned integration is also bringing in a new receiving colture chainges, personal and professional growth, mentaly richer institution and enviroment that we are cooperating with.
