Abstract     The influence of hypobaric therapy among young athletes during training period at the middle-high climate in Slovenian Sport Centre Rogia is investigated. 22 soccer players were checked for the level of lactate during the.anaerobic training. Anaerobic stage was achieved with ergometric cycling at maximal endurance in 180 seconds. After anaerobic training hypobaric therapy was prescribed for 30 minutes, using Negapress. Measurements of the lacate levels were reported with the digital lactometer. Mean values for the lacate were 2.02+-0.59mmol/l and 3.68+-1.6mmol/l for treatment and control group, respectively. The difference in lactate level between groups showed to be-statisticval significant (p<0005). A statistical significant decrease in lacate concentration was caused by hypobaric therapy. It is suggested to use that kind of therapy to decrease fatigue after intensive physical conditions, such as training and games and also to use as a treatment choice among patients with circulatory problems, problems with oxygenation of the muscle tissue and for better and faster healing of the wounds.
