Abstract		New approaches with biological enhancement substances have been introduced and increasingly complement mechanical stabilization as the principal method of bone fracture treatment for many years. Fracture reparation is a complex physiological process with the special signal molecules playing an important role. The results of the use of new biological substances with better understanding the mechanisms of healing and influence in treatment of fracture non-unions are promising.
