Abstract     Work satisfaction is influenced by many factors, some of which are discussed in this research. The article deals with the results of a research performed on 84 community nurses from different parts of Slovenia. Data were collected by means of a closed questionnaire about work satisfaction. The aim of the research is to prove a model of different forms of work (dis)satisfaction proposed by Bruggemann. It is essentially argued how personal aspirations and actual work situations result in work satisfaction. Different forms of work satisfaction and dissatisfaction in community nurses are proved. Some other results of the research also show that community nurses like their job and are also mostly satisfied with it. They would like to contribute to the design of work process, but are often hindered by problems stemming from their relations with management.
Summary     Zadovoljstvo pri delu je odvisno od številnih dejavnikov in nekatere od njih na primeru patronažnih medicinskih sester obravnava pričujoči prispevek. Članek predstavlja rezultate raziskave, opravljene na vzorcu 84 patronažnih medicinskih sester iz različnih krajev po Sloveniji, ki so odgovarjale na zaprti tip vprašalnika o zadovoljstvu pri delu. Raziskava se ukvarja zlasti s povezanostjo osebnih prizadevanj in dejanske delovne situacije z zadovoljstvom pri delu. Namen raziskave je zato potrditi in ugotoviri oblike zadovoljstva in nezadovoljstva pri delu patronažnih medicinskih sester po modelu Bruggemann. Prisotnost večih oblik zadovoljstva in nezadovoljstva pri delu patronažnih medicinskih sester je dokazana s korelacijskim izračunom. Ostali rezultati so vzpodbudni, saj kažejo, da patronažne medicinske sestre rade opravljajo svoje delo in so z njim zadovoljne. S predlogi želijo sodelovati pri oblikovanju procesa dela, pri čemer pa se pojavljajo problemi, saj vodstvo pogosto zanje nima posluha.
