Abstract		Morphologically and functionally heterogenous endocrine tumors of the pancreas are rare neoplastic growths that may synthesize hormones causing distinct clinical syndromes. The pathological analysis of this neoplasia is pointed at at clinical work since the choice of treatment so as its effectiveness depend on the histopathological type of the tumor and the extent of the disease. Clinicopathologic profiles of these growths originate from morphological characteristics influencing prognosis as well.
