Abstract		A foot pain is caused by the overuse of the normal foot, a normal activity of the biomechanically impaired foot or normal, but an unexpected activity of the normal foot. Basically, a pain is regarded as static or dynamic. Diagnostics and treatment plans demand a sufficient knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics of the human foot. The majority of pathologic conditions need a causal treatment, for which patient š cooperation is essential.
