Abstract     Minor injuries of soft tissues are among the most frequent indications for a use of physical modalities. An exact mechanism of an injury and chronology of a pain are an essential predisposition for a rationale prescription of physical modalities. Physiological effects, prescription recommendations and contraindications for most widely used physical modalities after minor injuries of soft tissues are presented.
