Abstract		Physiotherapists work alone with the patients after referral by the doctor. The major communication pathway is directed from the doctor to the physiotheprapists describing recommended therapies and their duration. A case report . of a bad outcome due to absence of formal an informal ways of communication in a big health care organisation is presented. Health care organisations have to build up trust among employees and establish formal and informal ways of communications between different groups of providers with systems of reporting and analysing of adverse events.
