Abstract		The main objective of this study was to test the TMG method as a method for monitoring recovery process in skeletal muscles after being subjected to local muscle fatigue protocol (intermittent electrical stimulation) or high-intensity exercise (Bosco test). Two homogeneous groups of individuals were selected in order to perform two different fatigue protocols. TMG responses are measured before and after fatigue protocols. Results show significant difference in contraction time in maximal displacement before and after performing fatigue protocols. After the muscle was electrically and after it was voluntarily fatigued similar recovery pattern was observed in both cases.
