Abstract		The aim of our study was evaluation of functional rehabilitation outcome in case of patients after stroke.100 patients after stroke were tested at the admission and discharge, we used Functional Independence Measure(FIM), 9-minutes walking test and 10 meters walking test. We showed statistically important differences after rehabilitation in the functional rehabilitation outcome status. The average difference in FIM score was 12, 7, the ratio of patients, being able to walk was increased from 44% to 67%. The rehabilitation efforts depends strongly on the level of functional independence of elderly patients at the start of rehabilitation after stroke.
