Abstract		In the article we want to point out one of the possible ways of rehabilitation for the old people after hip fractures, when they are discharged from the hospital and are, because of different reasons, unable to go to a spa or at Institute for rehabilitation Republic of Slovenia. We think, some of them could be rehabilitated in residential care settings before returning home, if there would be enough trained specialists.
