Abstract		Multiple factors are involved in gait disturbances in elderly. The borders between the physiological and pathological changes are not clearly established. The treatable pathological causes of gait disturbances are often unrecognised. Kinesiological analysis, measurements and investigations may help to reveal the pathological gait disturbances, follow their changes and evaluate the effects of the treatment interventions.
