Abstract     The article presents a model for experimental adult training company, funded by Employment service of Slovenia. The program was developed by the professional team of the Institute for rehabilitation from 1999. It is designed for the population of persons with disabilities and hard-to-employ persons and is an integral part of experiential learning. In the national plan the foundation of 5 adult training companies by the year 2002 was proposed, but the plan was not realised. In the meantime the training companies, especially in European Union, are becoming a model for efficient knowledge and experience acquisition in the regular and adult educational system. The article presents the program, the population and the outcomes, which indicate that the portion of the population with active outcomes is significantly increasing. Also the program for contacts with firms is presented. In the conclusion, the article includes the proposal for further development of the program with supplementary programs to enable efficient support to adults entering educational programs. This theme is especially important in the context of low educational level of persons with disabilities and hard-to-employ persons.
Summary     V prispevku je predstavljen model učnega podjetja za odrasle, ki ga je kot eksperimentalni projekt financiral Zavod Republike Slovenije za zaposlovanje. Program je razvijal strokovni team mariborske enote Inštituta za rehabilitacijo od leta 1999 dalje. Namenjen je populaciji invalidov in nezaposlenih oseb in predstavlja integrirano obliko izkustvenega učenja. Do leta 2002 je bila v nacionalnem programu načrtovana ustanovitev 5 učnih podjetij za odrasle, vendar do realizacije ni prišlo. Medtem pa so učna podjetja, predvsem v deželah Evropske Unije, postala model učinkovitega pridobivanja znanj in izkušenj v rednem sistemu izobraževanja in v sistemu izobraževanja odraslih. V prispevku je prikazan program, populacija in izhodi, ki kažejo, da se delež populacije z aktivnimi izhodi iz programa pomembno povečuje. Predstavljen je tudi program povezovanja s podjetji. V zaključku predstavljamo možnosti nadaljnega razvoja programa z dodatnimi programi, ki bi omogočali učinkovito podporo odraslim, ki se vključujejo v program izobraževanja. Obravnavana tema je še posebej pomembna, če upoštevamo zelo nizko raven izobrazbe invalidov in težje zaposljivih oseb.
