Abstract		Disturbances in motor control and consequent movement disturbances impair walking of patients after stroke. For majority of this patients, retraining of walking is a major goal in rehabilitation. The consent of therapy has been recognised as critical in determining the outcome of treatment, but there is currently little evidence for many commonly used therapeutic techniques, i.e. the use of a treadmill.
Summary		Moten motoričen nadzor in posledične motnje gibanja prizadenejo hojo oseb po možganski kapi (OPMK) (O'Sullivan 2001). Za večino le teh je izboljšanje hoje najpomembnej{i cilj rehabilitacije. Vsebina terapije je dokazano pomembna pri izidu rehabilitacije (Lennon 2001), vendar je trenutno malo dokazov o prednostih posameznih terapevtskih tehnik, npr. uporabe tekočega traku (TT), glede na ostale tehnike.
