Abstract		A well performed operation of shoulder's rotator cuff does not enable good shoulder function without further rehabilitation. The objects of the rehabilitation are good and painless mobility good coordination, static and dynamic joint stability and muscular strength. After a certain period which depends on the operative treatment, the patient comes for spa rehabilitation. After the doctor:s preliminary examination, the patient starts with the rehabilitation programme. This programme includes processes for easing the pain, individual and group hydrotherapy in thermal water, occupational therapy and individual kinezytherapy.
