Abstract		Longterm stabilization and decrease at warming gases to achieve climatic balance demand an equilibration of sources and sinkholes of the warming gases. The sources may be decreased by more rational use, decreased energy usage, and a change of their origins. Decreased air C02 emissions can be achieved primarily by increased photosynthesis and the preservation of carbon in plant coverage and soil.
