Abstract		The article deals with the analysis of staff and patient satisfaction in a health care institution. Data gathered by means of inquiries carried out in different time periods were statistically evaluated. The results showed the level of satisfaction in the moment of the inquiry and changes in the period that follows. All the mentioned represent valuable information for the management to achieve higher quality of management.
Summary		Sestavek obravnava analizo zadovoljstva zaposlenih in pacientov v zdravstvenem zavodu. Podatke, ki smo jih v različnih letih pridobili z anketo, smo statistično obdelali. Rezultati so pokazali raven zadovoljstva v trenutku izvajanja ankete ter spremembe v opazovanih letih. Vse to so pomembne informacije vodstvu zavoda za izboljšanje kakovosti poslovanja.
