Abstract		This paper addresses the issue of the evaluation of the successfulness of the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. No ideal and universally applicable scoring system has yet been proposed. Such a system should include objective and subjective parametrs, and should be simple to use. Among the systems used in the past, the Lysholm scoring scale seems to have retained its significance, but the IKDC evaluation form has been recommended by an increasing number of authors. We are of opinion that Slovene surgeons who report on the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction should utilize both scoring systems.
Summary		V sestavku obravnavamo problernatiko ocenjevanja uspešnosti rekonstrukcije sprednje križne vezi. Idealnega ocenitvenega sistema, ki bi ga uporabljali vsi avtorji, ni. Sistem naj vključuje tako objektivne kot subjektivne parametre in mora biti dovolj enostaven za uporabo. Med množico ocenitvenih sistemov iz preteklosti se je ohranil ocenitveni sistem po Lysholmu, priporočen pa je ostal ocenitveni sistem po IKDC (International Knee Documentation Comittee). Tudi naše mnenje je, da naj avtorji, ki v slovenskem strokovnem prostoru poročajo o rezultatih rekonstrukcije sprednje kriižne vezi, uporabljajo ta dva ocenitvena sistema.
