Abstract		Nursing care has to fulfil an important task. We have to learn how to clearly introduce and justify our work, which is extending while the society changes. We have to be aware that the only way to achieve excellent nursing care, which is suitable for patients and employees, is education. When dealing with a septic patient, the nursing staff is using all its knowledge and work experience and we take care of each patient individually. Medical diagnosis is a guideline for establishing nursing diagnosis, which depends on the individual and his medical state, his lifestyle and current capabilities. Designing nursing care has fo consider all the factors mentioned above to accomplish its purpose.
