| Abstract | The paper describes hantavirus infection morbidity and the epidemiologic characteristics of this type of infection in Slovenia. The case of a female patient with a severe hantavirus infection with hemorrhagic fever and renal syndrome from the year 2000 is described. This was actually the only recognized case of this disease in the Celje region. | |
